We have my different ways to complete your painting needs. This will be discussed at the time of your estimate. At the end of each day, we will leave your house neat.
We always ask our Royalty customer to move the personal stuff; some of the items might be pictures frames, etc. After that, we are going to empty out the room or put all the furniture in the middle of the room. Once that is done we will isolate the furniture with new plastic. We will also cover your floor with drop clothes or paper if it is requested. We will remove or isolate all fixtures and door knobs.
Every job is different because of what our Royalty customer might need. We usually scrape and sand all loose paint, we can also use fiber glass tape, spackle or plaster, primer, stain block, fill nail holes, strip old wall covering, caulk gaps where trim molding meets walls and ceilings.
